As a Multi Skilled Property Maintenance Technician you will be able to,

​

• Carry out a variety of planned maintenance work including (carpentry, tiling, basic plumbing, decorating, plastering, kitchen and bathroom refits and more) to Residential & New build managed properties

• Carry out inspections & fault findings

• Carry out repairs and/or additional work arising from examinations and investigations

• Work effectively as part of a team and individually

• Comply with Health & Safety

• Complete reports and paperwork as required

• Liaise with management on job progress

• Professional manner and excellent customer service

• The ability to work under pressure

• Experience in a similar role

• Eligible to live and work in the UK

• Full Clean driving licence and own tools

• Must have CSCS Card

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

• Starting Salary: £27,000.00 (£29050 after 3 months probation)

• All Materials Supplied

• Uniform after 3 Month Probation

• 20 Days Holiday & rises with service + Bank Holidays

• Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00

• (Optional Overtime)
